I (N. N.) give and consecrate to Thee, O Sacred Heart of our Lord Jesus Christ! my body and soul, my life, my actions, pains, and sufferings, so that I may no longer desire to employ any part of my being save in honouring, loving, and glorifying Thee. This is my irrevocable resolution—to belong entirely to Thee, and to do all for Thy love, while I renounce with my whole heart everything which could displease Thee. Wherefore, I take Thee, O Sacred Heart of Jesus! as the sole Object of my love, the Protector of my life, the Pledge of my salvation, the Remedy of my weakness and inconstancy, the Reparation for all the imperfections of my life, and my assured Refuge at the hour of my death. Be Thou, therefore, O bountiful Heart! my justification with God, Thy Heavenly Father, and turn aside from me His anger, which I have justly deserved. O Heart of Love! I place all my confidence in Thee, for I have everything to fear from my weakness, while I hope for everything from Thy bounty. Annihilate in me everything which can displease or resist Thee. Imprint Thy pure love so deeply on my heart that I may never forget Thee, nor ever be separated from Thee. I conjure Thee, by Thy infinite goodness, that my name may be engraved on Thee, since I desire to make all my happiness and all my glory consist in living and dying in quality of Thy devoted servant.

— St. Margaret Mary

My most loving Jesus, I consecrate myself today anew and without reserve to Thy divine Heart. I consecrate to Thee my body with all its senses, my soul with all its faculties, and in short, my entire being. I consecrate to Thee all my thoughts, words and deeds; all my sufferings and labors; all my hopes, consolations and joys; and chiefly do I consecrate to Thee this poor heart of mine, to the end that it may love nothing save only Thee, and may be consumed as a victim in the fire of Thy love. Accept, O Jesus, Thou dearest Spouse of my soul, the desire which I have of consoling Thy divine Heart, and of belonging to Thee for ever. Take possession of me in such wise that from this day forth I may have no other freedom, save that of loving Thee, and no other life, save that of suffering and dying for Thee; I put my trust in Thee without reserve, and I hope for the remission of my sins through Thine infinite bounty. I place within Thy hands all my cares and anxieties, especially as touching my eternal salvation. I promise to love Thee and honor Thee to the last moment of my life, and to spread, as much as I can, the worship of Thy most Sacred Heart. Dispose of me, my Jesus, according to Thy good pleasure; I would have no other reward save Thy greater glory and Thy holy love. Grant me grace to find my home in Thy divine Heart; here would I pass every day of my life; here would I breathe forth my last breath; only do Thou establish in my heart Thy dwelling place, the seat of Thy rest, in order that we may thus remain inseparably united; and so may I one day be able to praise Thee, love Thee and possess Thee for ever in the kingdom of heaven, where I shall sing without end the infinite mercies of Thy Sacred Heart.

— Blessed Mary of the Divine Heart

O Sacred Heart of Jesus, filled with infinite love, broken by my ingratitude, pierced by my sins, yet loving me still, accept the consecration that I make to Thee, of all that I am and all that I have. Take every faculty of my soul and body, and draw me, day by day, nearer and nearer to Thy sacred side, and there, as I can bear the lesson, teach me Thy blessed ways! Amen.

To Thee, O Jesus, I consecrate my heart. In Thy Sacred Heart I wish to live. In Thy Sacred Heart I wish to die. Inflame my heart with the fire of Thy love, and enlighten me with Thy wisdom and Thy knowledge. Oh, let Thy loving Heart be to me my strength in temptation and my consolation in the day of tribulation and sorrow. Grant me grace, dear Jesus, ever to taste the sweetness of Thy Sacred Heart, not only during my lifetime, but, above all, at the hour of my death. Amen.

O most adorable and sacred Heart of Jesus! I consecrate to Thee my soul with all its faculties, my heart with all its affections, my body with all its senses, now and for all the days of my life. O most merciful Heart of Jesus! grant that I may never be sullied by the stain of mortal sin, and that I may avoid, to the best of my power, wilful venial sin. O most loving Heart of Jesus! preserve me in Thy divine fear and love all the days of my life, protect me at the hour of my death, and grant me the grace to see God “face to face” in the joys of paradise. Amen.

O Sacred Heart, I give and consecrate myself wholly to Thee; my heart, my understanding, my memory and my will; in order that all I may do and suffer may be entirely for Thy love and glory, that all I shall see and hear may lead me to love Thee, that all my words may be so many acts of adoration, of love and of praise of Thy sovereignty, and that the movements of my lips may be so many acts of contrition for all sins committed and all good omitted: and I beg Thee, O Heart of love, that I may draw Thee to myself as often as I draw my breath, and as often as I breathe it out so often may I offer Thee to Thy Eternal Father, to pay Him what I owe Him. O Heart full of goodness, hear and grant my prayer. O Sacred Heart, to which I belong, on which I depend, and by which I live, inflame me, take possession of me and transform me entirely into Thyself. Grant that all my steps may be taken in order to reach Thee, and that all my movements and unrest may be to unite myself to Thee, protesting that I would rather suffer a thousand deaths than separate myself from Thee by ever being unfaithful.
